Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and caring individual to join our team as a Care Assistant. As a Care Assistant, you will provide support to our clients with their daily needs, including personal care, medication, meal preparation and companionship. You will be working on a one-to-one basis with each client, building strong relationships and providing emotional support when needed.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing personal care and assistance with daily living tasks
  • Assisting with medication administration
  • Meal preparation and serving
  • Support with light household duties
  • Promoting independence and encouraging clients to do as much as they can for themselves
  • Giving companionship and being a listening ear

Requirements

To be successful as a Care Assistant, you will need to have a Full UK Driving License and access to your own vehicle. No experience is necessary, as we provide comprehensive training and support to help you develop your skills and confidence.
