Business Growth Manager

Incognate, a leading B2B marketing agency, is seeking a Business Growth Manager to join our team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth through prospecting and generating leads for external sales.
About the RoleYou will engage with senior contacts, including C-Level executives globally, to drive engagement through LinkedIn, email, and telephone calls. Your ultimate goal is to generate face-to-face and virtual meetings for our clients, accurately reporting on and updating our CRM system to provide intelligence on prospects and pipeline.
Key Responsibilities:- Prospect and generate leads for external sales across client campaigns
- Identify potential customers and initiate contact to nurture relationships
- Manage multiple campaigns and work with various clients to deliver pre-created messaging to key personas
To succeed as a Business Growth Manager, you must have a minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B Business Development Executive roles. You should excel at influencing and have a proven track record of lead generation using the telephone, email, and LinkedIn. Additionally, you should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, and have strong time management and organisation skills.
BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience. Other benefits include commission, a healthy work-life balance, a stakeholder pension scheme, and an Employee Assistance Programme offering legal, financial, family, and wellness advice and support.
