Transformational Process Lead

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Transformational Process Lead to join our client's team at RP International. This role will involve working closely with technology change teams to deliver process optimisation and automation solutions for our clients, ensuring the successful transformation of front-office and back-office operations.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leading and delivering process transformation projects, with a deep understanding of operational process mapping, backlog creation for optimisation & automation opportunities, prioritisation and delivery through technology change teams.

The successful candidate will define and drive the roadmap to deliver business value within risk, to direct a programme with appropriate governance and controls. They will also work closely with the Transformation Management Office to ensure the smooth running of PMO, governance, reporting, methodology, models, and standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and deliver end-to-end operational process transformation projects within the life and pension insurance sector.
  • Develop and implement transformation strategies to improve operational efficiency, customer satisfaction, and overall business performance.
  • Collaborate with technology teams to deliver process optimisation and automation solutions.
  • Maintain and prioritise the roadmap for change, focusing on business value and risk.
  • Provide leadership and guidance to project teams, ensuring successful delivery of transformation outcomes.
  • Experience of working within Agile delivery environments and global delivery environments with distributed teams.
  • Experience in delivering process automation through Pega or similar BPM tools.
Requirements
  • Proven track record of leading and delivering process transformation projects.
  • Strong understanding of operational process mapping, backlog creation, and prioritisation.
  • Experience working with technology teams to deliver process optimisation and automation solutions.
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies such as Lean or Six Sigma.
  • Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Ability to maintain and prioritise the roadmap for change, focusing on business value and risk.
