Trade Sales Representative

Salary: £26,000
Hours: Monday to Saturday, 5 days a week
The Trade Sales Assistant will provide exceptional customer service, ensuring that all customers are dealt with efficiently, courteously, and promptly. Key responsibilities include:
Sales Duties- Deliver outstanding customer service, exceeding customer expectations
- Approach customers and handle their orders and queries in a confident, efficient, and professional manner
- Develop comprehensive product knowledge to effectively match customer needs with the best products available
- Identify opportunities to improve processes, enhance customer service, reduce costs, and improve margins
- Ensure accurate and prompt delivery checks, and pass relevant paperwork efficiently
- Resolve customer issues and enquiries to a satisfactory conclusion
- Create effective displays in the showroom, ensuring products are clearly coded, priced, and presented
- Process customer requirements efficiently, promptly, and to meet delivery promises
- Ensure all promises made to customers are realistic, achievable, and completed
- Deputise effectively in the absence of the Branch Manager or Assistant Manager
