Care Support Worker

At Cera Care, we're looking for a dedicated Care Assistant to join our team in Minster. As a Care Assistant, you'll play a vital role in supporting our clients to live independently in their own homes.
What you'll do:
- Assist with personal care, including continence support, washing, and dressing
- Manage medications and cook or prepare hot meals
- Help with domestic tasks and provide companionship and reassurance

About the role:
