We are a leading FMCG manufacturer based in Northamptonshire, and we are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Manager to join our team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in health and safety management, with a proven track record in implementing and monitoring health and safety policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations through regular reviews and audits
  • Develop and implement first aid and fire safety strategies, including risk assessments and training
  • Plan for future development in line with strategic business objectives
  • Manage and lead change, ensuring minimum disruption to core activities
  • Direct, coordinate, and plan essential services such as reception, security, maintenance, mail, archiving, stationary, cleaning, support catering, waste disposal, and recycling
  • Conduct and minute monthly H&S committee meetings and improve the H&S culture
What You Will Need
  • A robust knowledge of health and safety practices within a manufacturing environment
  • Recognized H&S certification (IOSH/NEBOSH)
  • Demonstrated ability to implement and monitor health and safety policies
