About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned HSE professional to join our team as a Senior HSE Manager in Dubai. This permanent opportunity offers a competitive salary, TAX FREE earnings, and a chance to work with one of the largest and respected companies in the city.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide strategic advice on Health, Safety & Environmental matters, aligning with company objectives and best practices.
  • Lead teams in performing regular inspections, conducting HS&E training, and maintaining certifications as mandated by the municipality.
  • Analyse data and report key metrics in support of the KPI process, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement corrective actions for key HSE violations and workplace incidents, ensuring compliance with regulations.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Engineering or a Science discipline, coupled with a NEBOSH Diploma or equivalent.
  • A minimum of 10 years' experience in an HSE management role within a manufacturing, production, or construction environment.
  • Proven ability to lead and manage teams, developing comprehensive Health & Safety policies and procedures.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills to effectively disseminate HSE information and drive decision-making.
