About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Academic Administrative Assistant to join our team at the Elizabeth School of London. As a key member of our administrative team, you will provide critical support to our Department Leads and Head of Department, ensuring the smooth operation of our academic programs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for the recruitment and induction of tutors and teaching staff.
  • Coordinate communication with stakeholders, including academic staff, students, and external partners.
  • Assist with the completion of administrative tasks related to employment lifecycle, including pre-employment checks and attendance tracking.
  • Develop and maintain accurate records and reports as required.
  • Collaborate with the Academic Manager's team to deliver high-quality administrative support.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university.
  • Native English speaker or certified to the equivalent level.
