We are looking for individuals with a strong understanding of SEN and experience working with children who require additional support.

About the Role:

  • Supporting pupils within the classroom, small groups and 1:1.
  • Developing and maintaining effective relationships with pupils, parents and colleagues.

Key Requirements:

  1. Qualifications in childhood studies or a related field (Level 2 or 3).
  2. Experience working with SEN in a school or care setting.
  3. Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
