Job Title: Children's Home Registered Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Children's Home Registered Manager to lead our residential care service for young people with EBD. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and psychological needs are met.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and manage a team of care staff to provide 24/7 care and support to young people with EBD
  • Develop and implement individual care plans to meet the unique needs of each resident
  • Ensure the highest standards of care and safety are maintained at all times
  • Collaborate with external agencies to provide a holistic approach to care and support
  • Manage budgets and resources to ensure the effective delivery of care services

Requirements:

  • NVQ or QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management (Children's Services)
  • NVQ Level 3 in Children's Residential Services or equivalent
  • Experience working within a Deputy or Children's Home Registered Manager's position
  • Experience in a residential children's home environment
  • Full UK driving licence
