We are seeking an experienced Field Sales Professional to join our team in Coleraine. This role offers a competitive salary of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, along with a fantastic benefits package, company car, and bonus structure.

About the Role

This is a field-based position, with some office time on Fridays. You will be responsible for managing key accounts, growing relationships, and maximising account spend. A full UK driving licence and technical sales background (electrical, engineering, construction etc.) are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage key accounts on the field, growing relationships and updating account status and transaction details
  • Supervise account reps to ensure sales pipeline and resolution of any potential issues arising
  • Maximise account spend and generate new business from existing accounts or customer networking
Requirements
  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience within an account manager/customer success role, with a successful track record in upselling and KPI target delivery
  • Field Sales experience
  • Proven experience of nurturing existing customer accounts while achieving and exceeding sales, revenue, and profitability targets
