Job Summary

We are seeking an exceptional UK Orthodontics Business Growth Manager to drive sales, marketing, and clinical education teams in growing the Orthodontic Business across the hub. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent interpersonal skills, and a strategic business development mindset.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop annual business plans (P&L Budgeting and Forecasting) and business strategies to reach Net Sales and CM targets
  • Implement our GTM process with clear roles, responsibilities, and goals using our Selling Machine Model framework
  • Develop and drive integrated sales, marketing, and education plans to deliver superior customer experiences through the customer journey
  • Attend major professional meetings to interface with customers, Key Opinion Leaders, and remain up-to-date on scientific and product trends
  • Nurture local KOLs and key partner relationships
Requirements:
  • Experience in the aligner business is a must
  • Sales management experience with a proven track record of achieving sales/profit targets
  • Strong analytical skills, particularly in financial analysis and synthetic priority management
  • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as additional benefits and bonuses based on performance.
