About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our Young People and Families Service in Northern Ireland. As a Young People and Families Worker, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality support to young people living with arthritis, their families, and healthcare professionals.

  • Understanding of the importance of self-management and experience of delivering interventions to people living with long-term conditions.
  • Experience of taking a person-centered approach when providing support.
  • Experience of using a community development/youth work approach to co-design and deliver quality services/projects that are inclusive, inspiring, and make a difference.

  • Experience of basic project skills, including supporting evaluation work, writing reports, developing project proposals, and managing activity budgets.
