About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and creative individual to join our Young People and Families Service in Northern Ireland. As a Young People and Families Worker, you will work with colleagues, partners, and young people to co-plan, deliver, and evaluate a high-quality support offer locally and nationally.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide one-to-one support to young people living with arthritis, helping them build confidence, make friends, and achieve their personal goals.
  • Co-design and deliver a programme of social events, youth voice opportunities, digital content, and residential events.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to meet the needs of young people and their families.
  • Support young people during the transition from paediatric to adult services, ensuring it is a time of empowerment and growth.

About You

We are looking for someone with experience of working with the third sector, preferably in youth/community development work and/or health and social care. You should have a passion for improving the lives of young people and a person-centered approach to providing support.
