THE OPPORTUNITY:
Get Recruited is working on behalf of a well-established, global company who are looking for a Business Development Executive to join their team. This is a great opportunity for someone from a Business Development Manager, Sales Manager, Senior Sales Manager, Business Development Representative, Account Manager, Key Account Manager or Business Development Executive or similar.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Develop and execute a sales strategy to acquire new customers.
  2. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
  4. Generate leads and gather contact details.
  5. Maintain industry relationships.

THE IDEAL CANDIDATE:

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in B2B Sales.
  2. Ability to sell in a consultative way.
  3. Proven track record of building long-term relationships with clients.
  4. Strong sales and business development skills.
  5. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  6. Proven track record of hitting targets.
  7. Highly motivated with strong organization skills.
