Business Development Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to join our team at FJN Recruitment Solutions. As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for managing UK and international account delivery, as well as growing and converting new business pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute business growth strategies to drive revenue and expand our client base
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research and networking
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver account management and business development objectives
Requirements:
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in account management or business development
  • Proven track record of growing revenue through new business and account growth
  • Experience working in virtual health or insurance industries
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
