Strategic Growth Manager - Defence and Aerospace

We are currently partnered with a global leader in the virtual healthcare industry who is looking to add an experienced BDM to their team. This is a hybrid role where you will be responsible for UK and International Account Management delivery, as well as growing and converting new business pipelines.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute strategic plans to drive business growth and revenue expansion
  2. Manage and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
  3. Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company's portfolio
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver business objectives

Requirements:

  1. Minimum 5 years experience working with Account Management/ Business Development
  2. Experience working in virtual health or insurance
  3. Strong track record of growing revenue through new business and account growth
  4. Experience managing an international portfolio
