Job Title: Internal Business Development Manager - Outdoor Canopies

We are seeking an experienced Internal Business Development Manager to join our team at Mitchell Maguire, a specialist Construction Field Sales Recruitment Consultancy. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating new business and managing existing accounts in the outdoor canopies and GRP products sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Prospect new leads via Glenigans, Barbour API, and LinkedIn
  • Generate new business via outbound calling and account management
  • Provide excellent customer service and build strong relationships with clients
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and revenue growth
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge
Requirements:
  • Construction sales experience, ideally in canopies or GRP products
  • Good time management skills, focused, and customer service orientated
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • High level of drive, energy, enthusiasm, and self-motivation
