Join Mitchell Maguire, a specialist Construction Field Sales Recruitment Consultancy, in our exciting opportunity for an Internal Business Development Manager - Outdoor Canopies. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced sales professional to drive business growth and expand our client base in the outdoor canopies sector.
About the Role:- As an Internal Business Development Manager - Outdoor Canopies, you will be responsible for generating new business through outbound calling and developing strong relationships with regional and national housebuilders, as well as contractors in the social housing sector.
- You will be focused on selling a range of manufactured outdoor canopies, with a strong emphasis on GRP door canopies.
- 80% of your time will be spent on generating new business, with the remaining 20% dedicated to account management and customer service.
- You will have the opportunity to prospect new leads using various tools and platforms, including Glenigans, Barbour API, and LinkedIn.
- Full product training will be provided to ensure you have the necessary knowledge to excel in this role.
- We are looking for an experienced Internal Business Development Manager - Outdoor Canopies with a strong background in internal construction sales, ideally with experience in canopies or GRP products.
- You should have a proven track record of success in outbound/telesales, with excellent communication and customer service skills.
- A good mix of account management and telesales skills is essential, as well as strong time management and organizational abilities.
- You should be highly motivated, driven, and enthusiastic, with a strong desire to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
