Customer Service Liaison

We are searching for an experienced Business Support Administrator to join our Windsor, Berkshire team. As a key part of our critical business support teams, you will provide exceptional customer service and administrative support.
About the Position- Initial point of contact for key accounts and customers
- Email and CRM system job processing
- Administrative task management and document processing
- Preparation and delivery of regular reports
- Evaluation and escalation of issues to the line manager
- Prompt email response and action within agreed timescales
- Accurate data entry on the CRM system
You will have gained some office or commercial experience and be looking for your next challenge where you can grow. Strong communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and IT literacy are essential.
