Customer Service Role at Walmart Supercentre Windsor

This is an exciting opportunity to develop your skills in customer service and retail at Walmart Supercentre Windsor. As a Consumables Associate, you will be the face of our store, providing exceptional service to customers and ensuring a positive shopping experience.

About the Job

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Consumables Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for:

  1. Greeting customers in a polite and friendly manner;
  2. Assisting customers with their shopping needs, including promoting products and services;
  3. Resolving customer issues and referring concerns to management where appropriate;
  4. Maintaining salesfloor presentation by stocking and rotating merchandise;
  5. Ensuring proper handling of claims and returns.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication skills, a strong attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be able to lift up to 25 kg and stand for long periods.
