About the Role

We are currently looking for a dedicated New Home Customer Care Manager to join our team in Chelmsford on a 1-year maternity cover contract. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the customer care team to deliver exceptional service to new homebuyers, developing and implementing effective strategies to resolve customer complaints and issues, and maintaining strong relationships with internal stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the New Homes industry.
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Company Benefits:

• Salary range: £52,000 - £55,000
