Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Companion and Support Worker to join our team, providing exceptional care and support to our clients in Chelmsford and surrounding areas.

This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills and expertise in a rewarding and dynamic environment, working closely with our experienced management team and other healthcare professionals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Providing personal care and support to clients, including bathing, dressing, and toileting.
  • Assisting with daily living tasks, such as meal preparation and household chores.
  • Accompanying clients on outings and activities, promoting social interaction and engagement.
  • Monitoring and reporting any changes in client condition or behavior.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 6 months' experience in a similar care role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • The ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A patient and empathetic approach, understanding the challenges faced by our clients.
