About the Role

You will be responsible for the day-to-day administration, production, and creative process of the company's promotional literature and point of sales (POS). This includes creating marketing materials in both printed and electronic form, such as weekly national promotions, trade events, and regional tactical promotions.

Main Responsibilities

  • End-to-end process for creating marketing materials, including formatting data and collating images.
  • Responsible for legal proof checking and final sign-off of artwork through to print.
  • Scheduling of weekly and ad-hoc text message transmissions to customers.
  • Providing general administrative support to branches and customers on a wide range of areas, including maintaining and updating accurate customer file records on SAP.
  • Ensuring all customer-facing literature meets current trading standards and legal requirements.
  • Processing external invoices and raising related purchase orders.
  • Building good people-partnering relationships with trading and external agencies.
  • Identifying opportunities for improving processes and services to customers.

  • Basic knowledge of the marketing/printing industry or similar.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage a varied workload.
