Marketing and Communications Assistant

Frontier Agriculture is seeking a highly motivated and organized Marketing and Communications Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our marketing function, you will be responsible for assisting with the creation and execution of internal communications and employer brand campaigns.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with the development and implementation of marketing campaigns to enhance the company's brand as an employer
- Support the creation of online content, promotional materials, and social media activity
- Collaborate with key stakeholders to generate communications that meet business objectives
- Contribute to the planning and execution of events, including exhibitions and conferences
- Develop and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Requirements:
- Confidence, enthusiasm, and initiative to inspire others and strive for innovation and change
- Proactive nature with the ability to build effective working relationships inside and outside the business
- Strong analytical and hands-on skills with positive and resilient characteristics
- Ability to work in a rapidly changing environment and adapt to new challenges
- Driver's license and willingness to travel to various sites and teams
