We are the inventors of Surface Guided Radiation Therapy (SGRT), a technology that uses 3D cameras to make radiation therapy safer, more accurate and more comfortable for patients. **About the role**

Previous Marketo experience would be a huge plus, but we are looking for someone we can train, working with our experienced Digital Marketing Analyst, who has several years of experience with this platform.

As we continue to grow and innovate, we’re looking for talented individuals to join us. Previous experience in the MedTech field is not necessary for this role. This role requires 3 days per week in the office (with some home-working flexibility) and offers good opportunities for growth.

**Key Responsibilities will include**:

- Analysis of digital marketing campaigns and opportunities, based on customer data
- Report on digital marketing campaign outcomes, website engagement and customer engagement
- Uploading and managing content on a WordPress website
- Assist in developing digital marketing strategy, especially as it pertains to growing engagement from our campaigns

**Must-haves skills and competencies**:

- Strong Excel skills
- particularly manipulation of data
- Marketing automation experience like HubSpot, Pardot but ideally Adobe Marketo
- Ability to manage and deliver projects to tight deadlines
- Ability to work collaboratively
- Demonstrate initiative and solve problems independently

**Additional ksills and competencies**:

- Optional and beneficial: Experience with logic statements, programming or coding
- Business-related, data or computer science degree an advantage
- Demonstrated interest or experience with automated mailing systems
- Strong general computer skills (including standard office apps such as MS Word, PPT)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and oral
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced, constantly changing environment where no two days are the same
