The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in the financial operations of our business, ensuring seamless financial reporting, robust internal controls, and supporting our overarching financial strategy.

  • Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and ensure timely completion of month-end financial reports, including profit & loss statements, balance sheets, and cash flow.
  • Reconcile balance sheet accounts on a monthly basis to guarantee accuracy.
  • Liaise with internal and external audit teams to ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies.
  • Assist in preparing annual budgets and periodic forecasts.
  • Review financial operational controls and processes, making recommendations for improvements.
  • Maintain strong relationships with both internal teams and external stakeholders to drive financial transparency.
  • Support the Finance Controller with ad-hoc financial projects and reporting requirements as needed.

Essential Qualifications & Skills:

  • Finance qualification (CIMA, ACCA, AAT, or equivalent).
  • Proven experience in a similar finance or accounting role, preferably within hospitality or a related sector.
  • Strong working knowledge of financial software and tools; proficiency in MS Excel and MS Word.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with various teams.
