About This Opportunity

We are seeking a qualified Solicitor with in-house experience and a background working within financial institutions or asset/investment managers to join our team as a Dedicated Legal Advisor for forward-thinking financial institutions. As a member of our Simmons Adaptive team, you will have the opportunity to work on a variety of projects and engage with some of the market-leading clients in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide expert legal advice and guidance to clients across various sectors, including financial institutions and asset/investment managers
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver high-quality services and solutions to clients
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments and trends, applying this knowledge to drive business growth and expansion

Requirements

  • Qualified Solicitor with training from a top-tier law firm
  • In-house experience working within financial institutions or asset/investment managers
  • Strong understanding of regulatory frameworks and industry standards
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues
