Territory Sales Leadership Role

The Advocate Group is a leading recruitment partner to the FMCG and consumer product sectors. We are proud to offer a unique opportunity for a Regional Business Development Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving market share growth, delivering exceptional results, and fostering a high-performing culture in the On-Trade channel.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Results: Drive market share growth, deliver exceptional results, and foster a high-performing culture.
- Strategic Leadership: Build market-leading relationships with regional sales directors and key stakeholders.
- Team Management: Lead and develop a diverse team of sales, activation, and technical professionals.
- On-Trade Execution: Implement strategic plans to elevate brand visibility and quality standards.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in commercial leadership, managing P&Ls, and delivering strong results.
- Expertise in contract negotiations, joint business planning, and customer relationship management.
- A deep passion for the On-Trade and a strong ability to build strategic partnerships.
- Exceptional people management skills, with a track record of developing and inspiring teams.
