Lead a Team of Ambassadors
As a Balmain Supervisor at Selfridges, you will be responsible for leading a team of ambassadors to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcome and onboard new team members, providing guidance and support to ensure a seamless transition.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to maximize sales opportunities and drive revenue growth.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure seamless transactions and assist customers on and off the sales floor.
- Ensure that all team members adhere to Balmain luxury service standards and hygiene practices.
- Support visual merchandising initiatives and contribute to back-of-house duties such as inventory control.
- Capture customer details for CRM purposes and maintain relationships to ensure after-sales follow-up.
- Stay updated on beauty and fragrance trends, product knowledge, and brand information through ongoing training and self-directed learning.
- Manage the growth of your personal Balmain Beauty business within the store, taking ownership and responsibility for your performance.
Requirements
- Strong passion for all things beauty related, especially fragrance and makeup.
- Understanding of luxury retail and excellent customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a passion to provide inspirational and authentic customer service.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
- Detail-orientated with a proactive attitude towards learning and self-improvement.
