Job Title: Service Technician

At Trane Technologies, we're committed to creating innovative climate solutions for a sustainable world. As a Service Technician, you'll play a crucial role in delivering exceptional customer service and technical support.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Diagnose system problems and repair units using cutting-edge software and technology.
  • Attend customer sites to perform Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM), Customer Breakdowns, Warranty work, and Hire and Commissioning workloads.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, acting as a trusted point of contact.
  • Collaborate with Service desk, Sales, and Operations Team to share key customer insights.
  • Generate regular reports on completed invoiced work orders.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in service or field-based technician role.
  • Strong knowledge of customer service principles.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate technicians to deliver customer experiences.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
