Role Overview

We're looking for a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our Specsavers team as a Domiciliary Optical Assistant. As a key member of our team, you'll deliver exceptional eye care services to patients in the comfort of their own homes.

About the Role

This is a full-time, permanent position working Monday to Friday, 9am to 6pm, with no weekends or bank holidays. You'll enjoy a competitive basic salary up to £26,000 and a fully expensed company car.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with an Optometrist to run clinics and conduct eye exams.
  • Provide expert advice on eye care products and services.
  • Maintain accurate records of patient data and contribute to the success of our clinics.
  • Participate in fittings, deliveries, and other tasks as required.

Your Requirements

  • Hold a full UK driving licence.
  • Possess relevant optical experience.
  • Be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 due to working in the care home sector at times.
