About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team at Sytner Group. As a key member of our service team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service and support to our customers, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Liaise with our technicians and workshop control to ensure that vehicles are serviced and repaired to the highest standards.
- Keep customers informed and up-to-date on the status of their vehicle, providing regular updates and ensuring that they are satisfied with the service they receive.
- Work closely with our sales team to identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of customer service initiatives and strategies to drive business growth and improve customer satisfaction.
