We are currently seeking a highly skilled SEN Learning Support Assistant to join our team at TeacherActive.
Key Features of the Role- Provide exceptional support to students with special educational needs, working closely with them to develop individualized support plans and behavior strategies.
- Contribute to the implementation of IEPs and behaviour strategies that foster student engagement and learning.
- Offer one-on-one or small group support sessions tailored to the unique needs of students.
- Promote students' social, emotional, and academic development through targeted interventions.
- Significant experience working with SEN students, especially those with autism.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to manage challenging behavior.
- Relevant qualifications or a commitment to ongoing professional development.
The successful applicant will receive a competitive annual salary of £20,000, commensurate with their level of experience.
