We are seeking a dedicated Teaching Assistant to join our team at a Secondary School in Redbridge. This temporary, full-time role offers the chance to work with a supportive team in an engaging educational environment, providing students with the guidance and encouragement they need to succeed.
As a member of our staff, you'll play a vital role in the classroom, supporting students and collaborating with teaching staff to create a positive and inclusive atmosphere. This is an ideal position for someone passionate about education and eager to make a difference in students' lives.
The successful candidate will have prior experience as a Teaching Assistant or similar role. They will also possess strong communication skills with a compassionate and flexible approach, as well as the ability to work effectively within a team and independently.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Support students in the classroom, facilitating engagement in various subjects.
- Work closely with teachers to adapt learning materials for diverse needs.
- Monitor and report on student progress, assisting with individualized learning plans.
- Encourage positive behavior and foster an inclusive learning environment.
- Provide one-on-one or small group assistance as needed.
**Salary:** £103-£130 per day, negotiable depending on experience.
