About the Role

This SEN Teaching Assistant position offers a competitive salary of GBP450-GBP500 per week, depending on experience. You will work closely with a dedicated Senior Leadership Team focused on fostering your professional growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support students with special educational needs, developing engaging learning materials tailored to their unique requirements.
  • Adjust teaching methods to ensure every student's needs are effectively met, promoting inclusivity and academic excellence.
  • Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to create a positive and supportive learning environment.

A strong background in psychology or a related field is essential for this role. Previous experience working with children, particularly those with SEN, is highly desirable. If you possess excellent communication skills, patience, and a passion for supporting students with SEN, we encourage you to apply.
