We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to support children with special educational needs in our school. The successful candidate will have experience working with children with varied SEND needs, such as ASC, SEMH, PMLD, Physical Disabilities, Mental Health, Visual Impairment, and Hearing Impairment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support pupils on a 1:1 or group basis with their learning development and care needs
  • Assist with personal care tasks, such as changing pads and helping pupils put on socks
  • Develop strong relationships with pupils, parents, and colleagues to ensure a supportive learning environment

The ideal candidate will have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to work effectively in a team, and possess basic knowledge of supporting children within an educational setting. In return, we offer a competitive rate of pay (£20,000 - £25,000 per annum), depending on experience, and the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our students.
