Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Compensation Senior Manager to join our team at Maximum ManagementFrazer Jones USA. As a key member of our Executive Rewards team, you will be responsible for leading the development of executive compensation strategies and approaches, as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement executive compensation strategies and approaches
  2. Ensure compliance with regulatory and legislative requirements
  3. Lead a team of Executive Reward Specialists
  4. Plan and deliver the annual reward and bonus cycle
  5. Provide continuous support to the Executive population with queries
  6. Conduct external benchmarking
  7. Prepare and deliver reports and risk requirements

Requirements:

To be considered for this role, you will have:

  • Proven expertise in executive reward
  • Experience in Financial Services or a Consultancy environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Maximum ManagementFrazer Jones USA offers a competitive salary up to £110,000 depending on experience, plus benefits. We have a hybrid working policy, with typically two days per week in the office and occasional travel to other UK locations.
