About the Role:

Frazer Jones is delighted to work with a leading Financial Services Institution to recruit a Senior Reward Manager focusing on executive compensation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for Executive Reward, including policy frameworks and process improvements.
  • Ensure all processes and designs comply with regulatory and legislative requirements.
  • Lead a team of four Executive Reward specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure successful delivery of remuneration activities.
  • Plan and deliver the annual reward and bonus cycle, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
  • Provide continuous support to the Executive population, addressing queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct external benchmarking to ensure the organization remains competitive in the market.
  • Prepare and present reports to stakeholders, highlighting key findings and recommendations.
  • Identify and mitigate risks associated with remuneration activities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Senior Reward Management, preferably in executive compensation.
  • Strong understanding of Financial/Professional Services or Consultancy environments.
  • Able to work effectively in a complex matrixed environment, prioritizing tasks and delivering results under pressure.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with senior leaders and executives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable solutions.
  • Ability to lead and design a clear and innovative Executive Reward strategy, driving business growth and improvement.
