We operate across nine London boroughs, with a team structure that includes four quadrant teams. Each borough has a Senior Youth Worker who oversees the work in those communities.

We are seeking a Senior Youth Development Coordinator to join our South team. This role will involve coordinating and developing our youth programmes across Southwark, with a focus on delivering face-to-face youth work in schools and on community projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective youth programmes to meet the needs of young people in Southwark
  • Work closely with schools and community organizations to deliver high-quality youth work
  • Coordinate and manage youth projects and initiatives
  • Monitor and evaluate programme effectiveness and make recommendations for improvement

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in youth work or a related field
  • Strong knowledge of youth development principles and practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
