We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Buyer's Admin Assistant to join our team on a temporary basis for 3 months.
Key Responsibilities:- Obtain, verify, and update order confirmations from suppliers with 100% accuracy.
- Manage the introduction of new suppliers, ensuring they have received necessary paperwork and are set up correctly with Accounts Payable and internal systems.
- Maintain 100% accurate purchase orders within Fulcrum, including uplift, cost price, style code, and shipping window.
- Accurately record payment terms and shipping details.
- Raise re-orders as requested by the department.
- Perform site checks and request product merges, creating new PID's as necessary.
- Conduct pre-upload checks and resolve any issues before go-live, including pre-shoot management.
- Collect, verify, and upload all RRPs each season while maintaining appropriate margin.
- Perform pricing checks (margin, default, and RRP) prior to upload.
- Pull together vendor packs ahead of buying trips, ensuring all relevant files are included in each pack.
- Act as a single point of contact for query resolution and follow-up for Buying, Accounts Payable, Customer Care, Editorial (Shoots), Product Editorial (Upload), Samples, and Studio.
- Support the department in performing administrative duties as requested.
- Experience working in the fashion industry.
- Highly organized and able to pick up tasks quickly.
- Good experience with MS Office.
- Immediate availability or short notice.
