Job Description: Patient Services Associate

Main Responsibilities:

  • Assisting patients with their needs, including cleaning and preparing their rooms.

  • Collaborating with colleagues to achieve shared goals and objectives.

Requirements:

  • Able to work in a hospital environment and handle situations where patients may be unwell or distressed.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work under pressure, individually and as part of a team, with a flexible approach to meet the needs of the business.
