We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Physiotherapist to join our team as a Band 5 Physiotherapist. This is an exciting opportunity to be part of a dynamic team providing rehabilitation services to patients in their own homes.

The successful candidate will have the ability to travel between visits, and will be expected to effectively manage a caseload of patients and deliver rehabilitation programmes as an autonomous practitioner.

Main Responsibilities
  • To assess patients' physical abilities and develop individualized rehabilitation plans
  • To deliver evidence-based rehabilitation programmes to patients in their own homes
  • To work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
  • To maintain accurate records of patient progress and outcomes
Requirements
  • Registered Physiotherapist with the Health Professions Council
  • Diploma/Degree in Physiotherapy
  • Enhanced DBS Disclosure
  • Teaching/Mentorship qualification or equivalent work-based experience
  • Membership of a professional body
  • Evidence of post-registration study in a field relevant to the post
What We Offer
