About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Appointments Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our Patient Booking Services team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our services.

Key Duties
  1. Manage patient records and update information on the Patient Administration System (PAS).
  2. Compile and distribute clinic status lists to relevant teams.
  3. Provide excellent customer service to patients over the phone.
Qualifications and Experience
  • Previous experience in a call centre or administrative role.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office products and computerized systems.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £22,500 - £25,500 per annum, depending on experience. Our team is dedicated to providing exceptional care to our patients, and we strive to create a positive and supportive working environment.
