Job SummaryWe are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Human Resources Assistant to support our HR team in the recruitment process. The successful candidate will assist with sourcing candidates, scheduling and coordinating interviews, and providing a smooth and efficient experience for candidates and hiring managers.
Key Responsibilities- Candidate Sourcing: Assist in sourcing candidates through job boards, social media, and professional networks.
- Screening & Coordination: Review CVs and applications to identify suitable candidates, schedule and coordinate interviews, and communicate with candidates about the recruitment process.
- Job Posting: Assist in creating and posting job advertisements on various platforms and ensure job postings are accurate and up-to-date.
- Candidate Engagement: Maintain a positive candidate experience by answering questions and providing updates, and send rejection emails to unsuccessful applicants.
- Collaborative Support: Support the main recruiter with ad-hoc tasks and recruitment events as required, and attend career fairs and recruitment events to assist with candidate attraction.
- Onboarding: Support and assist with the onboarding process.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong interest in human resources, recruitment, or a related field.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
