We are seeking an experienced HR professional to provide comprehensive administrative support to our Registered Manager and assist with all aspects of HR functions in our Nursing Home. The ideal candidate will have a sound knowledge of NI/UK employment procedures and practices, as well as proficiency with Office365 business apps and SharePoint environment. Key skills include strong organisational and time management skills, excellent verbal and written communication, and a team attitude with good interpersonal communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing comprehensive HR administrative support to the Registered Manager
  • Assisting with all aspects of HR functions in the Nursing Home
  • Developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
  • Coordinating recruitment and selection processes
  • Providing training and development opportunities for staff
Requirements:
  • Previous HR administration experience
  • Sound knowledge and understanding of NI/UK employment procedures and practices
  • Proficiency with Office365 business apps and SharePoint environment
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
