**Project Lead Opportunity**

We are seeking a highly experienced Groundwork Project Lead to join our team in Chatham, Kent. This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to lead and manage groundwork activities on-site, working closely with project managers and clients.

About the Role

The successful candidate will have a strong background in groundwork management, with experience of leading teams and ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. They will also have excellent leadership and organizational skills, with a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage groundwork activities on-site, including coordination and supervision of site teams, subcontractors, and equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and communicate effectively with project managers, clients, and other stakeholders.
  • Provide leadership to the team and problem-solve on-site issues.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary of £50,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits such as a pension scheme and opportunities for career development.
