Patient Safety Specialist Lead

A career opportunity has arisen for a skilled Health & Safety Lead to join our Obstetrics and Gynaecology team. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting a safety and quality culture across the directorates, leading local investigations, and developing patient safety processes.
Key Responsibilities- Promote a safety and quality culture across the directorates of Obstetrics and Gynaecology.
- Lead local investigations and responses to incidents.
- Develop patient safety processes.
- Work closely with the Safety, Quality, and Governance Lead when needed.
- Degree in a related subject (Leadership/Patient Safety/Midwifery).
- Clinical knowledge and experience in review of clinical events within maternity and gynaecology.
- Experience in change management and PSIRF Training.
We offer a competitive salary of £40,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience, a generous pension scheme, and opportunities for professional development. You will work in a supportive and inclusive environment where your contributions are recognized and valued.
