We are committed to delivering high-quality patient care at The London Clinic, and we are seeking an experienced Patient Safety Manager to help us achieve this goal. With a salary range of £60,848 - £71,495 per annum, this role offers a competitive package and the opportunity to work in a leading private hospital.

In this management role, you will provide assurance to the Board and regulators by fostering a high quality approach to patient safety throughout the organisation. You will also deputise for the Head of Clinical Governance when required, ensuring seamless oversight of patient safety operations.

Job Description:

The Patient Safety Manager will provide strong leadership in patient safety across the organisation, ensuring that patient safety is a top priority and implemented in line with national guidance and the Clinic's strategy. This will involve:

  • Providing line management to the Patient Safety Team
  • Offering professional leadership, advice and support in relation to patient safety and compliance
  • Deputising for the Head of Clinical Governance when required
  • Overseeing the patient safety incident process
  • Managing the implementation of NHS England's Patient Safety Incident Response Framework (PSIRF)

To succeed in this role, you will need to have experience within a governance or patient safety role within a clinical setting, including the management of incidents and events. Post-graduate qualifications in clinical or healthcare governance are also desirable.
