We are seeking an experienced Sales Executive to join our team at Macildowie Recruitment and Retention. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for identifying and prospecting new business opportunities, building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, and hitting call and target monthly quotas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound and inbound telesales outreach.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to drive sales growth and customer satisfaction.
- Meet and exceed monthly sales targets through effective sales strategies and techniques.
- Conduct market research to identify potential leads and target markets.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system.
Requirements:
